7mm wsm

I have never loaded a 7mm wsm. Whinchester Model 70
One of my associates has just purchased one and he plans to hunt whitetail. In South GA.
Deer here are just a little larger than a jack rabbit.
Any suggestion on what powder and bullet I should use.
I told him to practice because the only place to shoot the deer is in the neck and he will be decapatated.
