Powder Measure or Scale for hunting loads?

I'm new to reloading but I have found it necessary to weigh every charge using IMR 4350. I've figured that it is the powder shape that makes it so.

Because I weight sort my brass, bullets, and primers, I guess I might as well weigh the charges individually as well.

Do I need to weigh each? No. Do I feel better about consistency and a finished product? You betcha!
