Hmmmm, without knowing the whole story, especially at their age, I find it 'fishy' if he had time to go get armed, it was no accident. Really not too sure how much 'self defense' it was either. I doubt she was shooting slugs, she probably couldn't hold it after the recoil, and birdshot, well, if he was 30 yards or farther away . . . , just sounds fishy to me. He's the one who now has to live with that the rest of his life, JMHO, Waidmannsheil, Dom.
- Course, she coulda been Annie Oakley !!
