I'm not certain but I think he got in trouble with a city of Denver ordinance on weapons possession which is seriously flawed. It is one of the ignorant laws, similar to the one which was over ruled by the supreme court in DC recently, which law makers made thinking that actual law breaker really paid any attention to laws or the paper it was written on. It also a prime example of why we can't afford to have any anti gunners in the Oval office to make up these type of laws. ie Making it illegal for citzens to own assualt style weapons, so then the only folks that have that type of fire power are the bad guys because they're going to get them whether there is written law or not, hence the term "bad".

Of course if they choose to enforce these type of laws the secret service should post the bed and breakfast schedule of all their protectees in the newspaper so us law abiding citzens could avoid "their " hotels. I suppose they could also amend the law to require citzens to call places where they wish to stay to see if any protected person was scheduled for the same night so they could make alternative plans to avoid such conflict.
