I hunt kentucky the huting is very laid back compaired to mich i hunt the family farm were my dad lives.
A nonres lic is just over a hundred dollers you can take only one buck and like 5 does it depends what county u hunt. There is a dnr web site there deer seasen is long startig in sep and ending in jan. You will have lots of fun hunting there dont be scared to talk to locals they are nice. lots of coal property and i think the base allows hunting

Jon, congraulations. You`ll only be a couple 100 miles for me and after many years of reading your post maybe I`ll get to meet you. I once went clear to Idaho to meet Rocky, and hunt coyotes.
