just find a pool or lake and fill them with air and submerge them. If water can get in....air will leak out.

Air and water
Actually FIJI..what you said is not always true with neoprene waders. If the hole is at the right angle and in the right place Air may not come out and create bubbles. Unless you pressurize 'em a bit higher than normal atmospheric.. which you really can't do But water will always find a way in..negative pressures...etc or maybe it is positive pressure..who knows.. Water always find a route though..Especially when it is very very cold...and in the right strategic spot...you know what I mean..LOL
