Probably not. They would not garner a lot of nation wide publicity if they did. It has been said that the NRA only takes on cases they feel they can win.
When a big developer was trying to shut down the range near San Francisco, way back in the 1960s, the NRA was asked to help fight off the lawsuit. We never heard from them. The range is now home to million dollar houses.
A friend of mine ran into that same sort of thing in San Diego. Again, when the NRA was asked for help, they refused to even answer the call for help.
You can ask them, but do not hold your breath.

Val,

There was another case that happened in Colorado Springs in which the defendent won as the situation being justified.

They just passed additional legislation extending the MMD law to protection of businesses.

I am always real curious about these cases lately...as you can imagine. I have alot of people who think I should file suit against the city for what they put me thru. I am just not a lawsuit kind of girl. But what I have determined is that no matter what state you may reside in, it cost you an arm and a leg to protect yourself. Things are gonna get alot worse before they get better in this up coming economy. I occationally talk to other forums, especially my local newspaper forums, its amazing what lines in the sand are drawn about guns. Heck I am surrounded by liberal sheep here. (you should have called 911) I would have been dead waitin on 911, and I imagine in self defense incidences, not much time to dig the cell out, anyway thanks for the clip...PS Grits is doing good, I think he has heart damage because of his breathing, so I dont know about hunting him again...but I am taking him for another check-up soon..

Hey guys and ladies...all is ok here...I took a little time off and checked into a Daytona Beach hotel, I sat there, I sat there and I sat there...I then called an attorney friend of mine, ex finace' who specializes in these kind of cases.....he asked me to get over to him any and everything on my case and we will sit down and talk....so i did..havent had the consult yet, but waiting....meanwhile I went on a rampage with my above badguy and he moved....that was my intention in the first place and now it is done....
