happycowboy,

I would put all metal parts in a bucket of boiling hot, soapy water for an hour outdoors. Use the oil after you cooked off the crud.

Thank you for the advice and the tips Mr. Helmer and Larryjk. I won't have time to do much until i get back from vacation. I am pretty busy getting the last of the gear together. Me and the wife and some family are headed out to the lake for a camping trip. I am ordering the cylinder pin tomorrow though, that way it should be hear just after we get back from vacation. I do appreciate all the advice you folks have given me. I will see you folks soon
