Question Help me choose a drop away.

I'm trying to decide on a drop away rest and I'm not sure which one I want to drop money on without getting any good response from you all out there. This drop away will be going on a Mathew Legacy. The major thing I want it something quiet and looks well. Here are the 3 drop aways I've been eye ballin.

I have done a couple searches on the net and I have found that the Trophy Taker has some pretty good reviews. I like the fact that everything is closed up well so no dust and dirt can really affect it. Only thing I dislike about it is where the arrow sits its self. What's some Pro's & Con's? How quiet is this rest?
I recall Feathermax saying I should consider the rest.

The second drop away I'm looking is the Trophy Ridge Drop Zone. I haven't really read too much reviews on it. Looks like a solid rest. Looks somewhat heavy? Anyone have any experience with this drop away? How well do you like it? Pro's & Con's? One thing I don't like about this rest is where the launcher arm sits in place. Seem to me it would be easy to get $hit caked in there and make it possibly not work correctly in the Field. There is always that chance. I like the idea that it has vibration dampener on it.

Lastly is the Shaffer MAT-1. Looks like a pretty nice set up. I don't recall hearing anyone having this rest so I'm still wary about it. I like the finish on it and they're for Mathews. They say it's suppose to lock into the riser and not move which is awesome. Anyone have any experience with this drop? Pro's & Con's?

Only other rest I've personal had experience with was a Nap 1500 I believe. It was alright, if it wasn't adjusted correctly it was loud imo. It didn't last to long, it got traded off at New Years when I was with some of my buddies.

So, can anyone help my choose a drop away rest?

Thanks again

Mike

VS,
The only one I am personally familiar with is the NAP 2000. It's what I have on my current rig. I set it up myself and found it easy to adjust and it is quiet. My brother in law has one alos, he had it installed at the shop. His does seem to have a "slap" sound to it when released. Mine has never done that, and I haven't examined his closely to determine why.
Others will join in soon on the models you've listed. You may even want to do a search here on them. I am sure they have been discussed in the past. Surely that will lead to more questions for you

I have NAP quicktune drop aways on both of my bows. I like them, except for the occasional skipping sound the arrow makes during draw.
It doesn't do it all the time, just when deer are in sight.
The problem with rest, as well as many other aspects of archery, is that there are so many options you could go broke trying them all.

Well yesterday I went to the local Gander MT and had one of my friends put on a new string that came with my bow. I watched to guys shooting the new "Switchback" and man those bows are sexy. Very quiet, smooth and accurate.

I went with the Trophy Taker shakey since they had it in stock. I got the camo version and thought it looked good on the bow. I just bought some cheap arrows for the time being. The bow shoots wounderful minus the string is still stretching? How long will it take for the new string not to strectch anymore?

Varmint, it usually takes me a couple hundred shots for my strings to stretch and for me to feel confident with that strings characteristics, but thats just me. Great question, I am looking at buying a drop away this week as well.
