Splinter Cell fans?

I just pre-ordered Chaos Theory, the new Splinter Cell game and I can't wait to get it. I've been anticipating it's release since I first heard about it a couple months ago. Anyone else looking forward to it?

YEP.. I'm going to be buying a new system first! I'm getting a new Alienware system, not sure exactly what setup yet though? I have an old "DELL" that SUCKS!! It works OK for internet & basic stuff, I installed a new video card (ATI All-In-Wonder 128) & added 256MB of ram & installed a FULL version of Win XP Pro. It just can't handle any of the newer games!

I'm thinking..
Operating System: Microsoft? Windows? XP Professional with Service Pack 2
Processor: Intel? Pentium? 4 Processor 650 w/ HT Technology 3.4GHz 2MB Cache
Motherboard: Alienware? PCI Express Motherboard with Intel? 925XE Chipset 1066/800MHz FSB
Memory: 1GB Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM at 533MHz - 2 x 512MB
Graphics Processor: ATI RADEON? X850 XT PCI Express 256MB DDR3 w/ Dual Digital and TV Out
Video Cooling: AlienIce? 2.0 Video Cooling System - Astral Blue
System Drive: High Performance - Serial ATA - 74GB Western Digital? Raptor? 10,000 RPM w/8MB Cache
Optical Drive One: Lite-On? 16x DVD-ROM Drive with Software DVD Decoder
Optical Drive Two: NEC? ND-3520 16x Dual Layer DVD?R/W Recorder
Floppy Drive: 3.5" 1.44 MB Floppy Disk Drive - Black
Sound Card: Creative Sound Blaster? Audigy? 2 ZS High Definition 7.1 Surround Firewire (IEEE? 1394)
Network Connection: Integrated High Performance Gigabit Ethernet
Speakers: Klipsch ProMedia? Ultra 5.1 500-Watt Speakers

I think that would about run the new games!
Later, Phil B.
