Nice critters you have there Kusko. I did find the background a little distracting in the moose picture. It would have been nice if you could have dragged it out of the brush.

Kusko,

Nice pictures, I'll bet your freezer looks even better. I've fed on caribou & moose, but never Musk Ox. How would it compare ?

Muskox is much better than moose or caribou. The meat is marbled like beef and very tender.

The caribou was shot with a .375 H and H in a Remington 700 Stain/Syn

I shot the moose with my Parker Phoenix 34.

The muskox was shot with my Raging Bull chambered in .480 Ruger.
