I have a Record here
I got to go Fishing on Wed. the 18th, My wife took me Catfishing & I hooked this big boy from our Local Lake. I couldnt of got it in without her help. She helped me drag it up on shore in the net & we got some Pictures of it & turned it loose. It took me 20 Minute's to bring him in & I have had to be in bed since I caught it, ill be there all weekend too. It was my first time out fishing this year & it was really hard on me with my Back the way it is. But it was all worth it to catch a Monster like that from our Lake.
It weighed 55 pounds & I caught it on a 6 inch Live Bluegill, It is the Biggest Catfish to ever come from Lake Logan. I'll be Published again in the Ohio Fish & Game Mag. next month, I may make the Cover with it. Im still in Awe that I even caught that big of fish out of our Lake, The whole town is a Buzz with the Pictures of it. Its not something you see everyday coming from our lake. Mazter

Thanks gd357- That was the first & only nite I have been able to go fishing. I could not of done it without my wife being there to help me out. I couldnt of got it all the way in if it wasnt for her being there with me. It took us both to get him out of the water in my Net.
Even if it dont make a Mag. I am so happy to have caught a Fish this big from our Little Lake. Even if I dont get to go out again, I feel lucky to have been the one to catch the Lakes record Catfish. Im just now starting to feel better, You wouldnt imagine what it took to get him in, The shape I have been in hasnt been good. But my Wife took me out so I could just get out of the House for a while. I spent 2 full days in bed after catching him because of the way my Back has been all winter. I cant wait to go again, I just hope to have the same luck as I had the first nite I went out.

Mazter,
I know you've been feeling rough lately, and I'm glad you got to get out. I know it takes a lot out of you, and it's great you had your wife out there to help. Congratulations man, great catch! gd357
