In my home town there was a pool hall and bar divided by a common wall. the bar was the gas light as that was how it was lit. The pool hall was Twiggs and was run by oliver twigg (real name) I remember it had a fan over each pool table which was run by a belt that ran on pulleys all around the ceiling and one motor ran all those fans. the tables were pocket tables and the floor was oiled wood. Any way we kids went in one day and knew we were going to get the best of twigg when we asked him ( and he was a bachelor all his life) How old is to old mr twigg? he said ":get the #***## out of here and ask someone old, im only 93 so how do you expect me to know"
