newbie question
I had a bow given to me from my step dad it is a golden eagle about 5 years old. He only shot about a dozen times. I am thinking of bow hunting this year but the draw length is 30 and i need around a 28. How does a person go about changing that. It is in good shape so i hate to see it go to waste.
Thanks Brian |

I would check with a local pro shop. Every bow is different, most change length with modules but some require new cams. If it is five years old the strings and cables will most likely have stretched even without use.

Rum is right, check the local shops. I don't know if Golden Eagles are still being made, but I suspect not.
Your greatest challenge may be finding the modules for the cam. Good luck |

replacable modules in the golden eagles change easliy, two allen bolts and can be done with the bow strung. Bear archery bought out Golden Eagle checking directly with them may also be helpful. what model is it? and what is the code on the module you have?
i or one of my friends that were shooting them then or still may have some modules lying around. if we don't some one else here may have one or maybe EBAY do you have the owners manual? does it say what module code you need? PM ME SO IN CASE I FORGET TO RECHECK THIS THREAD
