From the Nosler #5 Manual:
95/100 grain
37.5/IMR4350 = 2909 fps - starting load
41.5/IMR4350 = 3060 fos - MAX LOAD

I also have a Savage 110 in .243Win. with a 22" barrel. The only 95gr. bullet I've used is the Hornady 95gr. SST in front of IMR4831 42.0 grs. It groups around .78" (5 at 100yds). The barrel tends to heat up rather quickly in this barrel so take your time. I can't say much about OAL since it varies a good deal according to the individual rifle. I usually keep mine around 2,710". Best wishes.

Thanks for the help on the loads, I went out yesterday and loaded up some 95gr Nosler Partitions and 40gr of IMR 4350, went out to the gravel pit and shot under 1inch groups at 100 yards, I think I'll leave'r there. Again Thanks!
