Big Ohio Buck

This deer was taken the opening morning of archery season in Athens county. Green scored 229 non-typical.

Now that was a sad reply....still the same....hooolly cow....nice deer..a friend of mine got one close to that and when I stopped in his house one day he said want to see the big buck..said ok..so the 8pt on the wall was nice then he took me to his attic..his wife won't let him put it on the wall...and it looks bunches like this one.....some are just lucky ...

You're telling me... This is the 8th buck that made the Ohio record book that this guy has taken (min 140 typical, 160 nontypical).

He might just be managing his herd the right way and have the right genes in the herd. I know a lot of guys that are into herd management, and I would be too if I had the time, money, and land.

I think I would take the 50 million instead. Then, you could shoot plenty of deer like that, and elk, beer, cape buffalo, elephant, lion, and birds galore, and that would just be from the interest you would earn on the money.

If I won 50 million, I'd be able to hunt, fish, and shoot every day of the year. Oh yeah, forgot I am married. Make that 300 days out of the year.
