Pats Status

If anybody could give me an update on Pats/Ruffed Grouse swing in Michigan I'd appreciate it, or for that matter, in other parts of the upper Midwest. Heard they were down in the Yooper, but haven't heard anything in the Thumb or Northern Lower. I'll get a few days out just before Buck Opener, Waidmannsheil, Dom.

the cycle is starteing to swing back up i have been hearing of good numbers i have yet to make out to hunt any mostly becouse of the price of gas.

Thanks wrenchman, hope so. I'll be out for sure, the question is whether or not I see any, especially on State land in the Lower. Any day in the woods huntin' Pats is better than a day in the office.
