Lightbulb Price Check on Nikon Scope

A brand spanking new Nikon, 6.5 x 20 x 44 plex, target knobs, 1/8" clicks, sunshield, in the box. The price is under $ 400.oo, I have a rifle to put in on, should I spend the $$$$$ and get it. Really didn't want to spend that much for a scope to put on a rifle that doesn't get used that much.

Undecided

It's a great scope, and certainly worth the money.....

Nikon Scope

Well I gave the money and might have the scope by the weekend! It's going to cost me $387.00, decided to put it on a 308 Norma Mag.. The rifle is at the gunsmith as I type, # 5, 26" Douglas barrel, Timney trigger set at 2 lbs., action bedded and barrel floated. Downside, may be 3 months for the rifle, then I'll try it out on the "Whistle pigs" out yonder!!!!
