New cooking show

I have a patient who has set up a cooking show on one of the cable channels, he and another chef started it because they both work for owners with private yachts here. I have tasted many of his recipes and they are wonderful. Anyway, he asked me to think about my favorite recipe and we will cook it on his show....cool uh?

Val, it seems to me that your recipe should involve 'gator meat.....

Goood to hear from ya Val!

I'm sure you'll come up with something for the cooking show.
Maybe think of something you've always wanted to try but never had the chance??
