Tt-33
Looking for thoughts and feeling on the TT-33 pistols.
I have found a polish one, used but very good condition, for $250 plus tax. I can remember the days when these were $100 across the counter. |

It depends
I have a Norinco that cost $79.00 a few years ago. The prices seem to keep going up on military handguns. The price of $250.00 for a TT-33 sounds a bit high and I would offer less. Just the idle thoughts of an idle fellow. All the best...

I agree it seems a little high, but on the other hand it's in alot better shape then most surplus i see.

Picked up the TT-33, same price, but when i was talking with the guy he agreed to throw in a case/tin of surplus ammo 1224 rounds of i think romanian manf.
I've tried that manf ammo, in my CZ-52 and mine will not chamber it, the crimp is appearently too large for my 52's chamber. The TT-33 chambers and fires it just fine though. The flat spring, that holds the slide stop lever in is kinda interesting, but seems somewhat redundant, since recoil spring pressure shold hold it in place as in the 1911 series design. |
