Talking My new beast

1982 CJ7. 258ci, Borg-Warner T18 4 speed (1st gear is a granny gear). It needs a little work and a little TLC but it's a good, strong platform to start from. Runs like a tank and it's almost as comfortable.

Looks like it is in good condition. Surely that isnt the original top?Only thing a jeep should have that I dont see in pic is MUD

Give me time, man, I just got it yesterday No, that isn't the original top; it's actually only a few months old. I'm thinking of getting a hardtop cuz I don't think that softtop is gonna cut it if it starts raining. It's also incredibly noisy at highway speeds Once the weather warms up and stays there I'm just gonna take it off
