Anbody ever shoot one?? Accuracy any good?

I just fired an AR 30 for the first time. My buddy invited me to shoot his. I was really impressed,he has a 2'x21/2' metal plate hanging, after just 4 rounds we were hitting dead center at 600yds! I wouldn't have believed it if I didn't see it myself! we were using 338 cal. 250gr handloads. That was the most fun I've had shooting in a long time. I can't wait for him to invite me again!
