It was comical to watch. I've seen it several times now and it is funny as hell! I still swear that Bush has a smirk on his face and is anticipating that second shoe but it was off the mark.

I almost had my wife convinced that because of a lack of rubber playground balls in the Middle East, the kids there have to play dodgeball with their shoes.

What 's also funny if you watch the video again is the way that Bush snaps back to the original podium position after the first shoe clears his head.

Was by far the single most entertaining thing that I saw on television Sunday evening.

I can't stop looking at it...is almost like the original duck hunt nintendo game...they say why didn't a secret service guy jump in front of the second shoe...well I have to think they were all laughing so hard..couldn't move...

This sez a lot for his secret service. I can understand the 1st shoe getting thru but the 2nd. Aren't these guys supposed to take a bullet, ops those were shoes.

Egyptian Pyramids are what is needed in the middle east. I think that is the secret behind those impressive wonders of the world is it kept people busy busy busy...they need something to do...Idle hands create idle minds and that opens the door for the devil....And we need to build them here in this great Country of ours too....ah...sort of like the old highway workers etc etc..we need to put people to work so they not gather at the corners..looking for something to do...and most of the time, it end up the wrong thing....like tossing shoes....build pyramids again with all those idle minds.
