What a great day in Western PA!
Steelers mark another one up and they are about to pull the rat from the stump to see if he sees his shadow or not.
 Will Phil predict 6 more weeks of winter?My guess is undoubtably, there will be 6 more weeks of winter...but not because he predicts it. Anyhow, lots of excitement here in PA today

Not sure how in world he saw his shadow. Cloudy with flurries in nw pa. Guess, it was from the camera lights! Past that he would have had to unbury himself from a couple of feet of snow.....probably would have said the hell with it and went back in had he not been manhandled. At this rate, 6 more weeks doesn't sound all that bad as long as there is an end!
