bluegill fishing
here in iowa im starting to catch so very nice bluegills in ponds on there spon beds. I have caught 39 in a day and a half. im going out tommorow and going to try to catch me some more. I have found in the past years that when your trying to catch them on the beds that it's best to take off the bobber and put a jig with a weight about 6 or 7 inches above your jig and tip your jig with a little garden worm. The pond im fishing you can see there bed and you just set that jig in there bed.

yep perch fishing is a real blast. I like hitting creeks or ponds for them, although as you probably know big lakes can have some excellent areas around docks and boat launches.

Try one of these little gems.
It a 1/32 oz jig with the little plastic legs. It works real well on the panfish and will catch bass also.

I don't know but I've been told it's hard to swim with the weight of gold. On the other hand I have heard it said it's just as hard with the weight of lead. |
