Iron Sights Inc. Tulsa, OK

Back in late May 2010 I called Iron Sights and spoke with a nice lady who told me they could check my Redfield scope. It was never mounted on any rifle but had been in the flood we had here and I wanted it inspected and if necessary, restored. She said send it along with a check for $80, so in a couple of weeks (June) I sent both. I was told to expect 6 months turnaround. That was fine, but in December 2010, I emailed them for an update: no reply. A week later again...no reply. In January, 2011, I began calling. I have since emailed again and called 3 more times, leaving polite messages to please call or email me with an update. So far, nothing. Not a word and they never return emails or return phone calls. Does anyone have any news on them? Are they still in business or have I lost my scope and money?
Thanks for any replies,
grayghost

I had them overhaul a scope for me and it took a long time. They told me up front it would. The person who was making the repairs at that time was a deaf person who they had trained. I decided to be patient. I got my scope and it works fine.

Grayghost,
Did you ever get your scope or money back?

I would contact the Better Business Bureau and see if they can be of any service.

There has been a recent magazine article about this organization in one of the periodicals. It may have been Precision Shooting! According to the article they are alive and healthy.
