Training coyote hounds

I live in Pennsylvania and am just getting started using hounds to run coyotes. I bought 2 Plott hounds that are 5 months old. Does anyone have any advice on how I should starte my hounds. I haven't found anyone who can help me on this matter. All advice would be greatly appricated!

Back in the 1980's I had two Irish Wolfhounds. They loved running Coyotes. They must have killed over 100 in about two years.
