changed my mind

i did it! i bougt a new .300 win mag. but it turned out to be a tikka (t3). under $700CAN. not a bad deal i thougt the action was soo smooth, the gun was nice and light, and didn't feel as cheap as i thought it would. felt good,so i bougt it.

took it home

picked it up today and pumped a few rounds threw it at the range and was suprised by how smooth the trigger felt and how little recoil it had compared to some of the other 300s i've shot.

al-in-all a good buy i think!

Hi All,

Hmm hate to tell you this.................. but Tikka is owned by Berretta now which is still Italian, they may have subsideries in the US but Berretta is still owned by the family as far as I am aware. It's also the oldest Gunmaker in the world.

hey ken

it's been years since i have seen a real earth pig. the ones round here are lil dink's compared to the 10-15pounders of the eastern provinces. it sure is somthing else to see one of them take flight when hit with a high powered rifle...lol
