My English Setter "pup" was over a Grand .
In the 70's when we raised GSP we ran the Von Greif line and the pups we didn't make alot on but the started dogs went high. These dogs were hunters but our location in the Dakotas limited the price we could get. We did ok and the dogs paid for many a hunting trip to other areas lol
