Hi Skinny....I use Kraft Italian on Chikin...But chickin is usually a bit more tender than manbeef...or so I have been told by those in the know

No marinade. Cut one inch thick steaks. Salt and pepper heavily. Grill at 400, four minutes total. Flip each minute to get the good grill marks. Let sit for two minutes, and down the hatch.

Good grill marks bud.
