			Dan  Hate to be a stick in the mud here but it is considered improper to fly a tatterd flag and not good etiquette nor proper respect to the flag. Also it is improper to fly a flag at night unless the flag is illuminated. There are also lots of other instances. I think the HOA is within their rights.............Howsome ever they would probably have a hissy fit if they saw the flag at the fort when Keyes was inspired to write the Star Spangled Banner. Like I said not trying to be a stick in the mud. Bill |
