I have to disagree. They haven't been sitting on their asses and doing nothing.. They have been laying on their backs and breeding and making more welfare recipients..since the 60's! Depending on you and me to support them and theirs. Lets start giving drug and alcohol tests to all welfare recipients. ..Also to all food stamp recipients. If they have enough money to by likker or drugs then they do not NEED the free handouts.
