Opening day antelope
Shot this lope opening morning (8/22/10). Hit the left lung and blew out the right shoulder using a 270 Weatherby Mag with 130 gr nosler ballistic tip handloads. Sorry for all the blood.

YOU eat sagebrush and run around in that heat at 60mph and tell me what you smell !!?
 I love watching a first timer field dress one (seems I turned green with my first one too) remember - lopey meat is toxic. Send it all to me for proper disposal BTW. NICE one !

I'm not very experienced at field judging antelope, but I can tell this one looks big. Glad you had a good hunt.
