I have never heard of that before, But your explaination of what happend, sounds like it could of happened just the way you said.

Let us know if it happen's again, You might write the Sabot Maker & see if that could of been why you couldnt seat it all the way. Good thing you were paying attention, It could of ended up worse than it did.
