Parker bows and their customer service
I just want to say how helpfull and great Parker bows staff is. I was shooting my bow Wendsday when I noticed that both limbs were starting to split. And this was worring me because I was leaving in 5 days to go on a bow hunt. So I called Parker up and told them my problem and this is what happened. I had to take my bow to my local bow shop that does all my work on Wendsday about 7:30 pm, Thursday waited, Friday got a call at 12:15pm and my bow was ready. They had over nighted my new limbs so I could get it back by the weekend. That was very quick and the staff there was great. Thanks to Parker I can still go on my hunt.

Great customer service, but you have to ask yourself why the limbs were cracking in the first place. Optimally, I would prefer to never have a product fail (i.e., reliability first), but when that product does fail I expect great customer service (i.e., customer service is second on the list).
I had a couple of issues with Beretta during the summer, but they took care of everything and my issues were mostly cosmetic. They replaced a stock on one gun with some really nice wood because the finish was rubbing off on the old stock and they replaced an entire 682 GoldE o/u (i.e., $3,500 retail) with a brand new gun even though I had been shooting that gun for two years and it was out of the one year warranty period.
