Question 8x56R Hungarian Mannlicher / Steyr 95

The Mad One has gotten back into re-enacting (see threads in BiT)
and is doing WW1 Austria-Hungary.

Couple questions for the Forum:

1) Best pricing on boxer-primed reloadable 8x56R brass. Buffalo Arms again?? Or about same-same as the Bertram stuff from Midway? Or someone else?

(98% of the time I'm just going to be using blanks, got THAT covered. But eventually we're going to have a Unit Drill live-fire Range Qualification session)

2) What type(s) of scabbard would go with the "WW1 Ersatz Bayonet" that's basically stamped & rivetted, no pommel, grip scales or quillon? {see attached illo} May have to get one of those if I can't turn up the regular Steyr bayonet, and the Great War Association A/H units have bayonet with scabbard (also have already ordered up WW1 bayonet frog, it's gonna get used!)

3) How many of you have gotten the "arsenal paper wrapped" from Bulgaria Steyr 95 Carbines and re-configured the sling swivels/barrel band back to/close to WW1 Austro-Hungarian configuration?
