GP100 price
I went to a gun shop the other day to price a Ruger GP100 .357 with a 4" barrel and he quoted me $419 (blued) and $449 (stainless) plus tax: good deal or is he trying to rip me off? I wanted to get the price of a new one so when I go to the gun show next weekend I can tell if I'm getting a good deal. What do you think?

Sounds fair from what I have seen. I just checked out www.gunbroker.com and there are quite a few new and used models there that you might use as a comparison.

I agree with TreeDoc. I've got one of these, or at least a close cousin of what you are looking at and they are great little guns.
