Ox back from the Taxi

I just got this back from the taxidermist. I got it last year on Nunivak Island during a permit hunt for cows.

They are very tasty. If I could afford to go every year, I would. They are one of the few wild ungulates that have marbling in their meat.

I like the European trophy there Kusko, nice job. Been doing them for years. If you want any info on how to do that yourself give me a holler, it's not that hard. You could also take and cut under the nose through the top of the teeth to the back of the skull -- that would give you a nice flat bottom to mount it on a board, Waidmannsheil, Dom.
