My first turkey......
Here is a pic of my first turkey I shot on 4-28.
He was 25 pds and has a 9" beard. Also the second pic is what I did with it for my trophy room. I hunted them for the first time here in Idaho. It was a blast.

Congratulations on your bird and on a very, very nice mount. A buddy of mine has something similar, though not as spectacular. He cut the brass portion from the base of an expended shotshell, drilled the primer pocket out, secured the beard in the hole and then mounted it on his picture frame.
Just a thought. Yours is excellent just as it is. Thanks for sharing.
