Wife's First Pheasant Hunt

Hey Tater, she was actually hunting planted birds on that day ... but there truly are some wild birds from Blythe on south to the Mexican border.
Fabsroman, yes there is pheasant hunting in So. California (and dove, duck and goose hunting in the same area). There are good numbers in the southern deserts in the farming areas as mentioned above, but the better hunts are around the rice fields in the northern part of the state (Chico). By the way, thanks for sharing your first hunt with me/us -- way cool!
