Couple questions? Do you think this goof ball they arrested was the sicko that killed JonBenet or is he just wanting publicity? If he actually did it why keep his sordid secret till now then all of a sudden confess. And how about wining and dining him on his plane ride?

The system will be hard pressed to find a neutral jury, it will be like OJ. The Denver DA comes out and announces trimuph, with no comments what so ever. I find the press conference was a farce.
The media are some mega-speculating-self absorbed dorks. When the DA "announced" the arrest, and "By Colorado law" she could say little more, every reproter wrote or said anything they could get their grimmy little paws on. With the bastardization of the US Constitution, they cant be stopped. Even here in Germany I am catching various contradicting stories, no doubt any potential jury has already been influenced. Yes the nut bar confessed, but did he actually do it? We may never know, but at least he will go behind bars either way. And just a note, we all make fun of lawyers. But I really think reporters are slime. They do not report news any more, they are just glory seekers. Bill O'Riley and others like him seem to spend more time writing pointless books, making tons of money. How can he (and the others) truly investigate stories for so called honest journalism, when they are buisy making extra bucks? "Oh Walter how I miss you!"

It appears as though this guy needs to be off the street regardless of the jurisdicition ... he just ain't right in the head.
Justice for JonBonet? IMO this is just a circus, things were so screwed up in the beginning that any conviction based on evidence will be unlikely and Boulder doesn't appear to have raised the competency bar for their public officials requirements for office occupancy. Everyone and their brother had keys to the Ramsey house and everyone but Elvis wondered through the crime scene. I feel this clown prefers 3 squares and cable TV to the Thai cube with a concrete bed. He needs to be in jail and general population. Let the folks on the inside deal out some jailhouse justice. It may not be for JonBonet, but some other child this freak has subjected himself on. JMHO

Oh, I agree that he needs to be put away, sad part is.....the real one is still out there! Just seams like a better picture of this guy could have been obtained before all the expense!

Ditto on the free ride and nut cake....why in the world would anyone admit to such a crime is beyond me...oops, he escaped from the transport car and fell over the bridge...eww and that was a true story in a town close to here....prisoner escaped and fell over a bridge....end of that story too.
