Hog huntin' in AR
Leaving early in the morning for Arkansas to do a little hog hunting. My friend says they're over run with them and from the pics he's been sending me, looks like they have plenty. Hope to have success and bring back some pics. Will post the results next week. Good hunting, grayghost

Too hot and waaay too dry. Temps were 100-102 with high humidity. No dew at night and the hogs were getting their picture took between 8-11pm. By the time of first light, there wasn't much of a scent trail for the dogs to follow. They did bay a sow and young hogs in a small hole of water, but it didn't last long. Sow slipped off while the small fry took the worst of it. Two days after I left it started raining. Now the temps are cooling off so I'll return in a couple of weeks. I'll report the details. Good hunting, grayghost
