Image Resizing

I am a computer simpleton, but this works for me, using Windows Picture Manager.
Right click on the pic, and choose "open with Microsoft Office Picture Manager"
At the top left, click on "Picture", and choose "resize"
In that work window, on the right, there are several different ways to resize. Play around, find what works for you. Don't forget to save.
