Nope.
Only one way to stop dam rebuilding--eradication of the construction workers. One big tip---you are not going to shoot all of them,and by trying you will make it that much more difficult for anyone that tries to trap them. Beaver are not that easy to kill by shooting.I have had dozens and dozens of people tell me about those they have killed by shooting.It is truly amazing,the number of bullets I have removed when skinning beaver I have trapped.
