Hey Rocky
In PM, you talked about water rationing in Ogden. Several cities here have already started this same thing....as I type this, I've
had over 78" of snow this winter, in the last 2 days, over 2" of rain and it's snowing like a bear! Rationing???????????????????? sheesh....guess I've got Al Gore to thank for this........man, I can hear the grass growing and Platte River is running full and fast! Dan

The experts here say that this Spring rain/snow doesn't help much because it's all runoff and none gets to the groundwater. The difference between a drink and a shower, as they say.
But we got NEITHER the winter snow NOR the Spring stuff this year. Worse, they had to drain one of our biggest reservoirs due to a leak under the dam. It's gonna be ugly here.
