YUP TreeDoc ----That is what is is called. It was passed before California went to the dark side of life.
It is simular to the Pittman Robertson (sp) fund. Excise tax on fishing tackle that is returned to the states to fund fishing projects. Lilred Be glad you moved back home. The state of Michigan is on a long down hill slide. Cutting back on the State Police and letting the cons out of the prisons.
