Rem 597 magazine

My Remington Model 597 semi-auto 22LR originally came with a plastic magazine -- advertised as a 10-round mag but only holds 7-rounds.

I would like to buy another couple of the same magazines but the only source I know is Brownells and they only list metal magazines.

Remington may have dropped the plastic mags. If not, does anyone know of a source for these?

You might try www.gunparts.com. You can also order they from Rem. I see several guy that hit the guns shows in this area that carry clips for about everything.
