Bandera Beef
Another way to do Brisket or London Broil or just plain thick Round Steak.........recipe passed on years ago to a green kid.... by A. L. Murphy....1962....to
give proper credit! take 1-2lbs beef slice about1/4 in thick Braze in skillet with garlic and fine chopped onions 1/2 cup Worcestershire-----I use Angostura....gives a little bite put on toast in plate...or biscuits, if you are a real dutch oven freak... make a gravy out of drippings...pour over toast n beef potato sides Enjoy! To me, It's not hard to make in camp or in the kitchen....... different and delicious! Dan

thanks Dan
but they ran me ragged all week with "add-on" appointments from Vail to Greeley to Co Springs. Didnt get in till 4:30 this morning thanks to repeated flight delays.
I did manage to drive past your workplace one evening en route from a downtown meeting on Colfax St. maybe next time.....save the recipe !! almost forgot....are there suddenly a LOT more panhandlers in Denver ???? Dang...almost every corner had 4 of them working traffic from every direction. Never see anything like it

When I went to Armament School at Lowry, Colfax was not a good place to hang out and that was in 1964. I seriously doubt it has improved any. It did provide some pre-'nam training though for some of the guys.
