Prisons - my God

This according to my ex-son-in-law who is in law enforcement in Mesa Arizona. You hear about how tough Sheriff Joe is on his prisoners. What you do not hear is how many law suits against him by the prisoners and their families that Maricopa county has has to settle out of court on the quiet. What did surprise was the fact that even a lot of the cops don't like him. I tried to get more details, but he didn't want to talk about it. However, I could see he was visibly very angry.
