Another trick that oftens help is to run you brass through the seating die befor you run it through the sizeing die. I`ve taken alot of .22 cal. brass to .17 cal. by doing this and never lost any doing it. I`ve also taken 6mm brass down to .22 cal. this way. Going from .30 cal. to .25 you would probibly be better if you could run it through a .27 die. I like to lube my case necks with Mica when sizeing them down.
